South Africans will soon have access to all the best of British and Irish racing via local betting and gaming operator, Hollywoodbets.
Hollywoodbets is the country’s leading betting provider. They recently inked a deal with Sports Information Services (SIS) and the Racecourse Media Group (RMG). The contract will make provision for both fixed odds retail and online bets.
The deal will enable Hollywoodbets to broadcast live racing from a total of 35 British racecourses and 26 Irish racecourses. They’ll offer bets on both verticals across 92 retail betting outlets and online betting sites.
Focus on Premium Events
The focus will be on bigger British and Irish race days. Hollywoodbets will work closely with the exceptional marketing and promotional assets utilized by SIS and RMG.
According to RMG Chief Commercial Officer, Nick Mills, the deal marks a thrilling new opportunity. The brand can increase the exposure and global racing markets to a larger international audience.
Mills said the team at RMG is greatly looking forward to the new opportunity. The emphasis will be on premium racing events such as the Longines Irish Champions Stakes, the Dubai Duty-Free Irish Derby, the Randox Grand National, Juddmonte International, Qatar Sussex Stakes, and the QIPCO British Champions Day, and many, many more.
Exciting News for the Local Market
Dermot O’Connell, the Betting Operations Manager for Hollywoodbets, expressed major excitement over the valuable new alliance. O’Connell said the deal will enable Hollywoodbets to bring premium British and Irish racing to its customers. Plus, the operator can now continue to grow its reach in the expanding African betting market.
